The Hat at Old Strathcona will transform a surface level parking lot into a mixed use development that will consist of multiple residential towers, and ground level retail space. Phase 1 will include an 21 floor residential tower in the north-west corner with 165 units, a commercial podium, and three level underground parkade.
Construction started in December 2023 and expected to finish in April 2025 for the main structural components. Finishes still on going for the commercial plaza and the residential tower.
