Project Overview
Hat@Queen Alexandra is designed to enhance Edmonton’s urban landscape with multiple residential towers and ground-level retail spaces. Phase 1, which began in December 2023 and concluded in March 2025, features:
· An 18-floor residential tower in the northwest corner.
· A modern commercial podium with retail and business spaces.
· A three-level underground parkade for added convenience.
