Hat@Oliver, Edmonton, Alberta (April 2022 to June 2023)

Summary

What Project?

We did the structural site reviews for The Hat@Oliver project in downtown Edmonton, Alberta, west of Jasper Avenue. It is composed of three underground parkade levels in addition to fourteen above ground floors. We were proud to deliver another successful project along with our partners Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers and New-Firmus Inc. for the great developer Cidex.

Impact

The ongoing development of the west side of Jasper avenue is part of the City of Edmonton Plan to expand the downtown core and further develop the downtown skyline. By the addition of the new Hat@Oliver, it further develop that aim.
