We did the structural site reviews for the formworks and reshoring for our client Cemrock Concrete for the new mid rise building at the university Area in Edmonton, Alberta. It is composed of three underground parkade levels in addition to thirteen above ground floors.
*Thirteen story building with 3 levels of underground parking on a 24,000 sf site in the Garneau neighborhood of Edmonton. * 217 Luxury apartments located directly adjacent to the 3 million square foot University of Alberta Medical Campus. *Address: 112th Street / 84th Avenue *Total Size: 217 Residential Units
The addition of new rental suites within the university of Alberta area helps in the housing inventory.
Construction started in April 2021 and finished June 2023
