HINGENEERING Consulting is proud to contribute to the G47 Community Care Facility, a transformative project located at 6151-6261 Granville Street in Vancouver’s Westside. This six-storey seniors housing and community care complex is part of a significant redevelopment led by Intracorp in partnership with senior housing operator Amica. Our role focuses on the structural design of the facility’s indoor swimming pool, a key element in promoting the physical well-being of future residents. Collaborating with Alka Pool Construction, Rositch Hemphill Architects and RJC as Engineer on Record, we aim to help create a space that offers comprehensive care and high-quality amenities.

Project Significance
